County lead lists in. Text and assisted calling out. Every conversation, parcel and offer in one pipeline, worked from a laptop.
REA OS is built around the way a small acquisitions team actually works: a list comes in, owners get contacted, the ones who answer get worked, the parcel gets analysed, an offer goes out.
Upload the county or skip-trace export.
Numbers are normalised, line type and timezone resolved, duplicates and opt-outs removed. Each parcel is analysed for zoning, comparables and red flags before anyone picks up a phone.
Text first, call second.
A batch text opens the conversation, with your own wording. Replies land in a thread and arrive on your phone, in the browser and in your messenger. Calling runs from the browser: the assistant announces each owner, dials, rings five times, skips voicemail and dead numbers, and hands you the line when a person answers.
Every owner is a card.
Status, notes, texts, calls, mailing address and the parcel on a map, in one place. Add a lead by hand when a number comes from a sign or a neighbour. Filter by city, status or when it was added.
Know the parcel before the offer.
County GIS, comparables and valuation on the card. The deal finder scans listings by ZIP and ranks what is worth a look. Reports for investors and agents come out of the same data.
What a calling session looks like. The assistant announces and dials, you talk. Between calls the log and the pipeline update by themselves.
Each instance is yours: your database, your phone numbers, your registration. Nothing is shared between customers.
Batch texts with an editable template, two-way threads, browser power dialer with voicemail detection, and an optional AI voice agent for unattended first calls.
Cards per owner with every number, note and message. Manual leads, status lanes, map view, city filters, and a sync to Podio if you already run it.
Zoning, comparables, GIS and valuation per parcel. A deal finder across ZIP codes. Reports for buyers and agents generated from the record.
Built with a working wholesaler in North Carolina, on live leads, and changed the same week the feedback came in.
This is the stack our first customer ran before REA OS, at published prices. Every job on the left has a home on the right, except buying the list, which is next.
Prices on the left are the vendors' published list prices in August 2026 and change without notice. Usage (carrier, telephony, AI) is billed at cost on top of every REA OS plan.
Every plan includes a dedicated instance, phone numbers, A2P registration and onboarding. CRM, pipeline, parcel analysis and notifications are unlimited. Allowances cover the three things that cost money: texts, assisted dials and Sarah calls. Usage beyond the allowance is billed per action.
One market, one operator. Laptop and headset.
Two or three markets. Sarah takes the first call, you take the second.
Several counties. Sarah runs the daily batch, the team works the replies.
For coaches, agencies and land funds that run acquisitions for others: your domain, your logo, your assistant names, one instance per client, one invoice to you. Scale allowances per client, partner pricing on usage.
Prefer to own it? The system is available as a one-time purchase at $5,000, followed by a plan of your choice at half price as the usage and hosting subscription. Overage: $0.05 per text, $0.15 per assisted dial, $0.30 per Sarah call, $25 per additional number, $49 per additional seat.
